How to create a wardrobe you love on a budget ethically.
I myself am very into fashion, I have a very specific style I enjoy and have devoted many years to complying clothing I love. That being said I am also on a tight budget for most things so I've gathered some tips and tricks throughout my years to help you find a wardrobe you love without breaking the bank.
Tip 1: Pinterest is your best friend.
while this may seem counterintuitive to save money ( we all have saved some museum piece to Pinterest before don't be embarrassed.) Pinterest can be a great help in narrowing down your style so when you begin your search you don't waste time or your budget. this can also help in figuring out what fits your coloring and body type, finding a few icons with similar aesthetics that look like you can help your vision come true. for example i take outfit inspo from Sabrina Spellman, Emilia Clarke and MoMo O'Brien, figuring this out has greatly helped in the ease of getting ready in the morning.

Tip 2: second hand is unique and eco-friendly.
while some may resort to fast fashion to get a look for dirt cheap, we don't exploit children and the world around here, so i recommend you get very comfortable with digging for gold in your local thrift or even online. Pinterest can help greatly with this as well as you know what you're looking for and don't get distracted by everything. i recommend bringing headphones and having your style board pulled up for inspo. Not only does thrifting help the environment but it also gets your higher quality clothes for less and helps destroy our capitalistic, earth destroying, child harming society.
Tip 3: find basics cheap and splurge on individuals.
while this may seem obvious it can be hard to achieve, checking sale sections in stores can be a great way to find simple statements for your wardrobe. Splurging on certain items can work well with disciple and research, getting second hand or searching for the cheapest price is always useful but with the right budget you can slowly add statement pieces to your wardrobe.
Tip 4: handmade will always remain supreme.
whether you simply upcycle something or start from scratch homemade garments can be an affordable and fun hobby to get into as long as you find your supplies in the right places, thrift stores and craft store sales will come in handy for this, but there are a well of free patterns on the web right now, you just have to look.
these four tips are super useful however we need to remember saving money should be ethical and therefore here is a few list on who to boycott and for what.
