Coffee Cats Cafe in Des Moines IA

 

Recently the woodsman and I had the pleasure of visiting the coffee cats cafe, a cute little coffee shop in Des Moines Iowa. We paid for an hour of visiting time with the cats, (the money of which goes to feeding and housing the cats) and let me tell you it was well worth 10 dollars a piece, the personalities of each cat were on full display as they napped and played and fought all well getting pet by myself and fellow visitors. My personal favorite cat, Selene i did not get a picture of, she was a little thing and dark as night and really really weird, (picture Jiji from kikis delivery service.) she spent most of her time trying to catch a mouse stealing bird feed from the feeder outside, (she was very unsuccessful.) and the rest cleaning any human who tried to pet her. Overall the Coffee Cats Cafe is well worth the trip if you're in Iowa, its an affordable and fun option for all ages and helps to keep cats safe.
